Constructed from high-grade titanium and manufactured in-house by Akrapovič, the Evolution Line has been designed specifically for the unique architecture of the W465 G63. The result is a system that not only dramatically enhances the vehicle’s soundtrack, but also reduces weight and improves exhaust flow throughout the rev range.

Compared to the heavily muted factory exhaust system, the Akrapovič Evolution Line delivers a significantly deeper, sharper and more aggressive tone — allowing the hand-built AMG V8 to sound the way it truly should from factory. Under acceleration and load, the system produces a rich and commanding exhaust note while retaining refinement during normal driving conditions.

This system as standard comes with a set of Titanium Exhaust Trims which is already included in the pricing. All prices include VAT.

Titanium Construction & Weight Reduction

Manufactured entirely from lightweight titanium, the Evolution Line offers a substantial weight reduction over the OEM system while maintaining exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.

Akrapovič’s advanced titanium construction reduces overall exhaust weight by approximately 45% compared to the factory setup, helping improve vehicle response and overall driving dynamics.

The system also features specially designed side-exit tailpipes, produced in the Akrapovič in-house foundry, perfectly complementing the aggressive styling of the G63 while maintaining OEM-level integration.

Sound Engineering & Valve Technology

At the heart of the Evolution Line is Akrapovič’s proprietary valve control technology, engineered to actively manage exhaust flow and sound characteristics depending on driving conditions.

A pair of integrated exhaust valves positioned behind the rear silencers allows the system to remain refined during cruising, while opening under load to unleash a significantly more aggressive AMG V8 soundtrack.
