Q) What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit?
We always send items using insured and tracked methods, so there’s no risk to you at all. Just let us know about the problem immediately and we’ll arrange for a new part to be sent in exchange as soon as possible. Please ensure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or alternatively sign for the parcel as unchecked.
Q) I have changed my mind and would like to return the item.
We will accept returns if:
- Within the 30 day purchase period
- The item is as the condition sent out (not installed or damaged)
- The item is not a custom or bespoke order
No postage costs will be refunded under any circumstances.
A restocking fee will be charged at 15% for any returns that are not due to extremely unlikely event of a product failure or damage in transit.
