Q) What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit?

We always send items using insured and tracked methods, so there’s no risk to you at all. Just let us know about the problem immediately and we’ll arrange for a new part to be sent in exchange as soon as possible. Please ensure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or alternatively sign for the parcel as unchecked. We do have to be notified within 2 working days of any damages.

Q) I’ve changed my mind and i’d like to return my item, is this possible and how do I go about doing this?

We can accept returns however there will be a re-stocking fee (15%) for this service and your original postage cost will not be refunded. Any bespoke parts, factory 2nd’s, clearance/sale items or 1-off special orders cannot be returned. Any returns must be initiated within 7 days of taking receipt, outside of this we will not accept. Please also note that we will not accept returns if the part has been test fitted.

Simply get in contact to request a return, we will give you a returns number to include in the package as well as our returns address. We will not accept liability for damage during return shipping and so shipping insurance is recommend to cover yourself in the eventuality.

We will not cover any return shipping costs under any circumstance.
