BMW M2 G87 CS Style Carbon Fibre Front Grille

The Carbonwurks M2 G87 CS Style Intake Ducts are a OEM Style Design Manufactured in Genuine Autoclave Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre.

From factory, BMW only offer this CS style front grille in a gloss black variant if you purchase the very expensive / exclusive M2 CS model.

We have based our own “CS” carbon fibre version on the OEM original but at a more cost effective price without compromising quality or fitment. Our design provides an aggressive look for the front of your vehicle and enhances the styling dramatically. This is made with the same 2×2 twill carbon weave BMW use for their parts.

As part of this kit we also supply it with a Satin Black “M2 CS” badge that can be installed on your grille if required. This comes standalone with the grilles for you to install in part or whole depending on what you want.

This part is compatible with both the standard M2 G87 and the CS variant

Specifications

• Autoclave, Pre-Preg carbon fibre
• 3K 2×2 Twill – OEM weave
• High gloss UV resistant lacquer/clearcoat
• Coated with RaceGlaze 55 high carnauba wax

For those who don’t know much about Pre-Preg Autoclave carbon, this is the strongest and lightest carbon fibre available. The front ducts are cooked under immense pressure to give a very uniform and pin-hole free finish. With this being cured at high temps, it ensures longevity of the ducts themselves. The ducts are then finished in a UV, high gloss lacquer before being hand and machined polished and being treated to a high content carnauba wax from our partners Race Glaze.

Installation

Installation is a direct fit with the front bumper which makes use of the original BMW hardware/fixings. You will be required to remove the bumper to allow fitment of this item. We always recommend using a competent bodyshop to undertake the installation. We standby our quality and fitment of all our parts.
