Milltek’s precision-designed system replaces the factory rear sections of the exhaust (from the OPF/GPF back), optimising gas flow and reducing backpressure while retaining full functionality of the vehicle’s factory electronic valves. The result is a sharper throttle response, improved engine tone, and a richer acoustic profile that enhances both everyday driving and spirited performance use.

This setup is fully compatible with vehicles equipped with the factory exhaust valve control system, allowing seamless integration with Range Rover’s drive mode settings — from subdued refinement in Comfort mode to a more aggressive, resonant tone in Dynamic mode.

Milltek’s OPF/GPF-back architecture ensures the system works harmoniously with the twin-turbo 4.4 V8’s unique firing order. The result is a rich, layered exhaust note — deep and muscular at idle, transforming into a sharper, more resonant tone through the rev range. The use of active valves allows the driver to tailor the sound to the driving environment — quiet when cruising, assertive when engaged.

While power gains are modest due to retaining the OPF/GPF, improvements in gas flow and backpressure reduction lead to enhanced throttle response and a more engaging driving experience. This also means that no remap or tuning is required once installed.

Exhaust Tips

This system can be supplied / fitted with two different options in terms of Oval Tips. This is Polished Chrome or A “Cerakote” Black option.

We’re able to offer installation of this system to your vehicle at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset.

Typically installation for a system like this should take a full day to complete with ideally an overnight stay to allow for appropriate tuning.
