The Carbonwurks Audi RS5 Avant (B10) Performance Vorsprung

Welcome to the newest development car here at Carbonwurks: the brand new 2027 Audi RS5 Avant Performance Vorsprung B10! It has been a long time coming since we first put the order in, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to finally have the keys to this absolute weapon. Just like our previous projects, our intention is to showcase what this incredible platform is truly capable of. We plan to develop our own bespoke carbon fibre aero package, alongside comprehensive plans for exhaust, suspension, wheel, and air intake upgrades as well as a few other choice upgrades along the way!

Those who followed our previous builds know we like to do things properly. We will be documenting the entire process, taking you behind the scenes as we test, calibrate, and transform this RS5. This will serve as a running blog, updated with every new modification, so you can follow the build step-by-step and see exactly what it takes to create a true Carbonwurks machine.

Part 1 – The Collection

To kick things off, we’ve documented the full unveiling and our very first drive. From the brutal exhaust note to the stunning Bedford Green paintwork, the car is already a powerhouse right out of the box.

Poole Audi: A massive thank you to the team for accommodating a brilliant unveiling and handover experience. Our relationship with them goes back nearly 20 years to the very inception of Carbonwurks, and they always deliver. Poole Audi have looked after a multitude of our cars and we couldn’t be more thrilled to work with them moving forward!
Motor Rewards & The BRDC: This car was sourced directly through an Audi connection via Motor Rewards and the British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC), which Daniel is very proud to be a member of.
Scudo-Forte: Because we didn’t want a single stone chip on that pristine factory paint, the car went straight to the experts at Scudo-Forte, who did an exceptional job applying the PPF and detailing the exterior. They went gloss Xpel PPF for the majority of the exterior paintwork with touches of matte PPF on the forged carbon elements. We also had the interior screens and consoles covered to help protect against the ever annoying dust and fingerprint marks!
Russ Waite Transport: Finally, a huge thanks to Russ Waite Transport for flawlessly handling all the logistics and ensuring the car was moved safely between facilities. He’s our go-to chap when it comes to anything and everything with getting cars from customers to ourselves and the return journeys!
