The Silver Rocket RIM-FLEX Dry Carbon Fibre Rear Aerodisc is a motorsport-inspired aerodynamic upgrade developed for Porsche 911 models equipped with centre-locking rear wheels. Designed using Silver Rocket’s innovative RIM-FLEX Technology, this patent-pending system provides exceptional compatibility across both OEM and aftermarket centre-lock rear wheels, making it one of the most versatile Aerodisc solutions available for the Porsche GT platform.

Inspired by the wheel aerodynamic technology seen in endurance racing and Formula 1, the RIM-FLEX Aerodisc is engineered to optimise airflow around the rear wheel, reducing turbulence and aerodynamic drag while maintaining a clean, purposeful motorsport aesthetic.

Manufactured from premium dry carbon fibre, each Aerodisc is supplied with a blank exposed carbon face, allowing owners to create a completely bespoke finish. Silver Rocket also provides a downloadable design template, making it easy to create custom graphics, liveries or paint schemes to suit your individual Porsche.

These aerodisc sets are shipped free of charge both within the UK and the Rest of the world. If you are purchasing from outside of the UK all relevant duties and tariffs are pre-paid for you so no additional costs are incurred.

Developed For Aerodynamic Efficiency

The rotating rear wheels generate a significant amount of turbulent airflow, disrupting the clean airflow travelling along the side of the vehicle and increasing aerodynamic drag.

The Silver Rocket RIM-FLEX Aerodisc helps smooth this airflow by covering the wheel face, reducing turbulence and allowing air to pass more cleanly around the rear of the vehicle. This contributes to improved aerodynamic efficiency while complementing the existing aero package fitted to Porsche GT models. Silver Rocket’s latest Gen-2 Grand-Flat Disc Design features a revised aerodynamic profile with a larger overall diameter while simultaneously reducing weight. Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended

The Silver Rocket RIM-FLEX Aerodisc has been designed for straightforward installation onto compatible centre-lock rear wheels. Before fitting, customers intending to personalise the Aerodisc should complete any painting or graphics work using the supplied design template.

We are able to offer full supply and installation of this product at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset. Typically this installation will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

Using Silver Rocket’s patent-pending RIM-FLEX Technology, a single rear Aerodisc design is compatible with virtually all Porsche 991 and 992 models fitted with centre-locking rear wheels, whether using OEM Porsche wheels or compatible aftermarket alternatives. This future-proof design allows owners to continue using the Aerodisc even if they upgrade wheels or change vehicles within the Porsche GT range.
