Renault Clio 172 / 182 / 197 / 200 & Megane 225 / 250 / 265 / 275 Billet Oil Cap
Here at Carbonwurks not only do we produce carbon fibre parts but also metal components too. In recent years we have increasingly been working more on track and race specific vehicles, this has enlightened us to various products that could either do with being re-designed due to an inferior element or a part that needs to be produced as nothing is currently available.
The Clio & Megane has from factory a pretty nasty looking yellow plastic oil cap. The engine bay can be upgraded in many ways but there is always the original yellow cap that lets the whole look down! Carbonwurks have designed and produced a replacement oil cap that makes use of the bottom part of your original cap to upgrade the look. A simple mod for even the most novice of mechanics!
The original oil cap is a split design, the top yellow piece and the bottom section that twists and locks into the oil neck on the top of the engine. Our billet cap replaces the top section which simply needs to be separated before then clicking our version in place. It really is as simple as that! An install guide is included to show how to fit the new billet oil cap.
These oil caps come in silver chrome machined finish or a Red/Black anodised finish. Please note that with the anodised finish, there will be some chemical transfer effects which will give some slight colouring differences on the cap.

Please also note that the photos are taken on a Clio, the Megane engine will have the oil cap logo facing left due to a slightly different orientation. They fit the same, just on the Megane the oil logo faces left instead of forward.
