PSDesigns Audi R8 4S Titanium Wheel Stud & Nut Kit

Full Titanium Stud & Nut Kit For The Audi R8 4S Platform By PSDesigns. 77mm and M14x1.5mm Nuts. Available In Raw Titanium, Black & Half Burnt Finish.

If you regularly remove and refit your wheels you’ll know how frustrating the factory wheel bolts can be from lining up the bolt holes, bashing your calipers all whilst trying to balance the weight of the wheel and avoid cross-threading the bolts.

The PSDesign Stud & Nut kit gives a stronger fixing method than using the original wheel bolts. They’re also a much quicker method to swap wheels especially for motorsport and track usage. These are full titanium fixings available in RAW, BLACK & HALF-BURNT finishes.

This conversion will accept up to a 15mm spacer for 77mm kits. Featuring a 5mm allen socket to fit the stud to the vehicle hub and a 19mm hex nut with a 60deg taper. Perfect for OEM and Aftermarket wheels.

• Standard Version (Shorter Style)
• Extended Version (Tuner Style) (What is installed in the pictures)

In the pictures you will see both the Standard (Shorter) and Extended (Tuner) style fitted to our Audi R8 GT demo vehicle.

Optional Extra Items

• Taper to Radius / Ball Seat Adapter – If you’re not running aftermarket wheels and sticking with an OEM set you will need this adapter set to go from 60deg taper to a ball seat fitting (Only in black as not seen when installed).
• Titanium Valve Caps – To match up with your new stud & nut kit we are also able to offer titanium Valve Caps in either the raw, black or half-burnt finish (4 in total)
• Locking Wheel Nuts – As an additional option, keep your wheels safe with a titanium locking wheel nut in either the raw, black or half-burnt finish (4 in total). These locking wheel nuts are available in both standard and extended version (The correct version will be sent depending on what you order).

Installation

We’re able to offer full installation of this Stud & Nut Kit into your Audi R8. Installation typically takes about 1 hour for all 4 wheels.

Please Note:

• We hold limited amount of stock of these kits. Typically if not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Any questions on lead time, please get in touch prior to order.
• Taper to Radius / Ball Seat asapters are required for all OEM wheels and “some” aftermarket wheels. Please check with your manufacturer to double check.
• Over time marks will appear on the nuts due from loosening and tightening as you’re taking the wheels on and off the car due to the nature of titanium
• Only use manual tooling for loosening and tightening of the nuts to prevent damage
• It is recommend that you use Loctite Blue 243 when installing the studs to help secure them in place
