Whilst the new Mini Cooper F6X platform is truly stunning there’s a few areas where we thought we could improve on it. One of these is helping to protect the side of your vehicle and the side skirts. This is a well known problem with this model and helps prevent stones and debris being flicked up off the ground from the tyre.

These front arch guards are made from 100% pure gloss carbon fibre. The carbon is a 2×2 twill (Autoclave) which is the most popular type of carbon used at the moment. These are incredibly light, super strong and more than anything they look fantastic! The finish is a raw gloss carbon, these are not lacquered but make use of a UV stable resin giving a super smooth and hard wearing finish that won’t chip like a lacquered finish. We also provide you with replacement pop rivets if your current ones break or damage when being removed.

As part of creating this arch guard we fully 3D scanned the wheel and arch area of our resident JCW F66 with several 3D printed prototypes made to ensure we got just the right fit and look. This product was fully researched, designed and manufactured in house which is a commitment to our “Made In Britain” approval!

Carbon Fibre Arch Guards Installed into a 2025 Mini Cooper JCW F66

Contents:

• 2 x Arch Guards in Gloss Carbon Fibre (Set for front aches – Left & Right)
• 1x Drill Template Guide
• 4x Plastic Pop Rivets
• 2 x Alcohol wipes

Installation

• Fitment is incredibly easy (install guide supplied) and can be done in less than 5 minutes per side. You simply use our drill template to make 2x 5mm holes in to your arch liner and then using OEM style pop-rivets to secure to the inner arch and also supplied is a pre-installed high bond double sided tape to prevent any rubbing and to give a very secure fit. The guards however are still completely removable.
• If you require trim tools to remove the pop-rivet clips, select this option in the drop down box to receive 4 trim tools in your order.
• It’s very important that as part of the installation the arch area is properly cleaned and free from any grit, dirt or grease. We also recommend that the tape and the arch area is heated gently to allow the tape to adhere sufficiently. Failure to do this correctly will result in the tape not bonding with the arch correctly.

Currently we have only tested on the above models so cannot confirm if it works on any other models within the Mini range.
