Installation

We’re happy to offer this system for installation at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset.

The Forge E-DV is designed for straightforward plug-and-play installation without the need for complex vacuum plumbing or additional solenoids. The valve’s 360° rotatable inlet makes it easy to orient depending on surrounding components. While user installation is possible for experienced enthusiasts, professional fitment is recommended to ensure proper integration with vehicle systems and optimal performance.

  • Mini F55 (LCI 2) – Cooper JCW – (March 2021 – November 2024)
  • Mini F56 (LCI 2) – Cooper JCW – (March 2021 – November 2024)
  • Mini F57 (LCI 2) – Cooper JCW – (March 2021 – November 2024)

This system does not fit the original Pre-LCI Mini Cooper F56 due to the engine being different.

With some testing we have found that this e-dv will also fit the LCI 1 models from May 2018 onwards. We do however recommend getting in touch to allow us to check prior to ordering.
