Modern Ferrari models feature an electronically controlled exhaust system where the valves open or close depending on driving mode, throttle input, or RPM. While this offers refinement, it often restricts the engine’s sound and character at lower speeds.

The Capristo Exhaust Valve Controller solves this by giving you manual control via the included remote fob, allowing you to select from three operating modes:

• OPEN: Valves remain fully open for maximum sound and performance.
• CLOSED: Valves remain closed for quiet operation during cruising or residential driving.
• AUTO: Retains factory ECU control for OEM-style operation.

Installation

We can supply & fit this system at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset. It will take approximately 4 hours to complete depending on the vehicle (Most vehicles require the rear bumper to be removed).

This is a direct plug-and-play installation with no coding or software changes required.
However, due to the need for correct cable routing and secure mounting in high-temperature areas, professional installation is strongly recommended.

The controller can be easily removed at any time, reverting the vehicle to complete OEM operation — ideal for leased or warranty-sensitive vehicles.

Please Note:

• For safety reasons, your vehicle’s valves cannot be permanently closed using the Capristo controller as air restriction under full throttle may cause damage over time.
• This module system works with both the factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. If your vehicle has an aftermarket system (It must retain the use of the factory electronic valving). If you’re unsure if your system is compatible, please get in touch.
