BMW M3 (G80 / G81) M4 (G82 & G83) CSL Style Carbon Fibre Front Grille

The Carbonwurks M3 (G80 / G81) M4 (G82 & G83) CSL (Competition, Sport, Lightweight) Carbon Fibre Front Grille is Based on an OEM Design. Genuine Autoclave Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre.

From factory, BMW only offer this CSL style front grille if you purchase the very expensive / exclusive M4 CSL model. There are two versions of the grille available depending if you have the Adaptive Cruise Control system or not.

We have based our own “CSL” carbon fibre version on the OEM original but at a more cost effective price without compromising quality or fitment. Our design provides an aggressive look for the front of your vehicle and enhances the styling dramatically. This is made with the same 2×2 twill carbon weave BMW use for their parts.

This part is also compatible with the new BMW M3 which BMW don’t offer as an option.

Specifications

• Autoclave, Pre-Preg carbon fibre
• 3K 2×2 Twill – OEM weave
• High gloss UV resistant lacquer/clearcoat
• Coated with RaceGlaze 55 high carnauba wax

For those who don’t know much about Pre-preg Autoclave carbon, this is the strongest, lightest and highest quality carbon fibre available. The grille is cooked under immense pressure to give a very uniform and pin-hole free finish. With this being cured at high temps, it ensures longevity of the overall product. The grille is then finished in a UV, high gloss lacquer before being hand and machined polished and being treated to a high content carnauba wax from our partners Race Glaze.

Installation

Installation is a direct fit with the front bumper which makes use of the original BMW hardware/fixings. You will be required to remove the bumper to allow fitment of this item. We always recommend using a competent bodyshop to undertake the installation. We standby our quality and fitment of all our parts. With all our products we produce and sell, every component is designed to stand the test of time along with giving as close to OEM fitment that can be achieved.
