The Carbonwurks M3 (G80 / G81) M4 (G82 & G83) CSL (Competition, Sport, Lightweight) Carbon Fibre Front Splitter is Based on an OEM Design. 3-Piece Kit. Genuine Autoclave Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre.

From factory, BMW only offer this CSL Style front splitter if you purchase the very expensive / exclusive M4 CSL model.

We have based our own “CSL” carbon fibre version on the OEM original but at a more cost effective price without compromising quality or fitment. Our design provides an aggressive look for the front of your vehicle and enhances the styling dramatically. This is made with the same 2×2 twill carbon weave BMW use for their parts.

This part is also compatible with the new BMW M3 which BMW don’t offer as an option.

Specifications

• Autoclave, Pre-Preg carbon fibre
• 3K 2×2 Twill – OEM weave
• Pre-installed high bond acrylic double sided fitting tape
• High gloss UV resistant lacquer/clearcoat
• Coated with RaceGlaze 55 high carnauba wax

For those who don’t know much about Pre-preg Autoclave carbon, this is the strongest, lightest and highest quality carbon fibre available. The splitter components are cooked under immense pressure to give a very uniform and pin-hole free finish. With this being cured at high temps, it ensures longevity of the overall product. The splitter is then finished in a UV, high gloss lacquer before being hand and machined polished and being treated to a high content carnauba wax from our partners Race Glaze.

Installation

Installation is a direct fit with the front bumper which makes use of the original BMW hardware/fixings. Also included is 2 additional fixings to bolt the spoiler to the splitter ends. We always recommend using a competent bodyshop to undertake the installation. We standby our quality and fitment of all our parts. With all our products we produce and sell, every component is designed to stand the test of time along with giving as close to OEM fitment that can be achieved.
