From factory, BMW did offer some carbon fibre parts in a limited selection but we decided it was time to offer them again so that the look can match the sound!

With the BMW M3 E92 starting to come back in favour with owners old and new we decided it was time to start offering some carbon fibre products to this model. It’s fast becoming an age-old favourite due to it being the real last V8 variant of the M3 with the newer / later generations really not hitting the mark especially when it comes to the sound. These carbon fibre side skirts link up nicely with the OEM side profile of the M3 E92 that help break up the bodywork with a nice defining edge and giving you a better stance to the vehicle.

We have based our own “carbon fibre version on an OEM original but at a more cost effective price without compromising quality or fitment. Our design provides an aggressive look for the front of your vehicle and enhances the styling dramatically. This is made with the same 2×2 twill carbon weave BMW use for their parts.

Specifications

• Autoclave, Pre-Preg carbon fibre
• 3K 2×2 Twill – OEM weave
• Pre-installed high bond acrylic double sided fitting tape
• High gloss UV resistant lacquer/clearcoat
• Coated with RaceGlaze 55 high carnauba wax

For those who don’t know much about Pre-preg Autoclave carbon, this is the strongest, lightest and highest quality carbon fibre available. The splitter components are cooked under immense pressure to give a very uniform and pin-hole free finish. With this being cured at high temps, it ensures longevity of the overall product. The splitter is then finished in a UV, high gloss lacquer before being hand and machined polished and being treated to a high content carnauba wax from our partners Race Glaze.

Installation

We’re happy to offer this system for installation at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset.

Installation of this system takes approximately 2 hours.

Installation is a direct fit with the front bumper which makes use of the original BMW hardware/fixings. We always recommend using a competent bodyshop to undertake the installation. We standby our quality and fitment of all our parts. With all our products we produce and sell, every component is designed to stand the test of time along with giving as close to OEM fitment that can be achieved.
