The Mountain Pass Performance Caster Adjustable Compression Rod Bearings V2 allow you to fine-tune your Tesla’s front suspension geometry for improved steering feel, enhanced stability, and sharper response during both street and track driving. These bearings replace the factory rubber bushings – which flex and deflect under load – with sealed spherical units that eliminate unwanted movement and provide a more direct connection to the road.

This V2 version includes a revised internal design with double seals and even greater corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term durability through all weather conditions. The key feature is on-car caster adjustability, giving you the ability to tweak your alignment settings without removing the component – ideal for performance setups or correcting alignment after lowering.

With this bearing installed alongside the MPP Front Lower Control Arm Bearings and Front Upper Control Arms, the Model 3 / Y now has a 100% solid front suspension, giving you a total connection to the tyre and road beneath you.

If you’re looking to install these yourself you will require a press tool to remove the original bushings out of the control arm and install the new MPP version. An optional extra item can be purchased that is the correct size for removal installation (This will work with most common press tools).

Installation

We’re able to offer installation of this equipment to your vehicle at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset.

As part of the installation a 4-wheel alignment must be carried out once this suspension upgrade has been completed.
