The factory exhaust on the MINI F66 leaves a lot to be desired—overly quiet, restricted in tone, and lacking the character you expect from a performance-focused hatchback.

The AC Schnitzer performance exhaust system is designed to completely transform that experience.

Replacing the restrictive OEM rear silencer, this system delivers a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note with improved presence across the rev range—bringing the F66 to life both on the road and under load. Whether you’re driving daily or pushing harder, the difference is immediately noticeable.

Visually, the upgrade is just as significant. The factory single-exit setup is replaced with a twin tailpipe configuration, finished with signature AC Schnitzer carbon sport tips, giving the rear of the car a far more purposeful and performance-oriented look.

Included with the system is an AC Schnitzer rear diffuser insert, designed specifically to accommodate the twin tailpipe conversion and integrate seamlessly with the F66 rear bumper. The diffuser is supplied pre-painted in Gloss Black by AC Schnitzer.

Cooper S Variant

Designed for Cooper S models with JCW trim, this system offers a fixed, non-valved setup focused on delivering a consistently enhanced exhaust note.

Optional Extras

• dAhler Exhaust Valve Controller – Having worked with dAhler for many years they have designed a built a specific exhaust valve module for the Mini Cooper JCW (Not compatible with the Cooper S) that allows you to override and control the factory valving with an external remote control. This allows you to have the exhaust fully open rather than relying on the Mini controlling them based on driving / modes.

Installation

Professional fitting is essential for safety reasons to ensure you receive the ACS warranty benefits and must be done by an AC Schnitzer authorised dealer like ourselves.

Typically installation for a system like this should take approximately 5 hours to complete which we are able to offer in house at our workshop here in Poole, Dorset.

Please Note:

• The ACS Exhaust System includes a 3 Year warranty (From new. 60,000km limit and other conditions for JCW cars apply). Please get in touch if you would like to read the full warranty conditions.
• The Rear diffuser insert comes pre-sprayed in Gloss Black. If you require a different colour, please get in touch. 
• You cannot install the JCW “Valved” version to the Cooper S model due to the vehicle not having the required actuators pre-installed.
• As part of the installation you will be required to cut your factory exhaust system as well as the rear diffuser and heat shield.
