The Forge Motorsport Performance Intercooler for the Mini Cooper S and Mini John Cooper Works (F66) is engineered to address one of the key limitations of the factory setup — intake air temperature control under sustained load.

The standard intercooler is designed around cost, packaging and emissions requirements. Under spirited driving or tuned applications, heat soak becomes a limiting factor, reducing consistency and overall performance. The Forge unit increases cooling efficiency through a significantly larger high-efficiency core and optimised end tank design, allowing lower intake air temperatures and more stable power delivery.

The result is improved charge air cooling, greater thermal stability and more consistent performance — particularly during repeated acceleration or enthusiastic driving.

Manufactured in the UK to Forge Motorsport’s exacting standards, this intercooler is designed as a direct replacement for the OEM unit with no irreversible modification required.
