The Carbonwurks M3 (G80 / G81) M4 (G82 & G83) M-Performance Carbon Front Canards / Aero Flics are Based on an OEM Design. Genuine Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre.

From factory, BMW don’t offer the Front Canards (also known as Aero Flics) unless you spec the extremely expensive “M-Performance” pack as an aftermarket option.

We have based our own “M-Performance” carbon fibre version on the OEM original but at a more cost effective price without compromising quality or fitment. Our design provides an aggressive look for the front of your vehicle and enhances the styling dramatically. This is made with the same 2×2 twill carbon weave BMW use for their parts.

How To Remove your Front Bumper To Install Your Canards

Specifications

• Autoclave, Pre-Preg carbon fibre
• 3K 2×2 Twill – OEM weave
• Pre-installed high bond acrylic double sided fitting tape
• High gloss UV resistant lacquer/clearcoat
• Coated with RaceGlaze 55 high carnauba wax

For those who don’t know much about Pre-Preg Autoclave carbon, this is the strongest and lightest carbon fibre available. The canards are cooked under immense pressure to give a very uniform and pin-hole free finish. With this being cured at high temps, it ensures longevity of the product. The canards are then finished in a UV, high gloss lacquer before being hand and machined polished and being treated to a high content carnauba wax from our partners Race Glaze.

Installation

Fitment is a direct install onto the front bumper, these are supplied with pre-installed double sided tape and fixings that go through the front bumper. These can install with sealant only, however we recommend using the supplied fixings and double sided tape. We always recommend using a competent bodyshop to undertake the installation. We standby our quality and fitment of all our parts. With all our products we produce and sell, every component is designed to stand the test of time along with giving as close to OEM fitment that can be achieved.
