Audi R8 Coupe Carbon Fibre Boot Panel

The new carbon fibre boot lid for the Coupe Audi R8 Gen 2 gives a super exotic look to the rear of the car. Following on from other carbon additions to the R8, the rear carbon fibre panel finishes off the car nicely taking away the plastic painted part from factory along with reducing weight and giving more appealing aesthetics. A sure way to give off that hypercar vibe!

This part is made to order currently and on request we can change weave pattern and directions. The lead time on this part is 8-10 weeks.

The carbon fibre boot panel is made from 100% pure autoclaved carbon fibre. This is the strongest, lightest and highest quality carbon currently available, it’s the same technology and production that goes into Formula 1 cars. Once the part have been produced and pulled from the mould, it is checked and tested thoroughly before heading to lacquer. Each part is inspected further and checked for tolerances before being hand and machine polished, followed by being waxed and sealed in with high content Carnauba products from our partner Race Glaze.

The Carbonwurks R8 boot panel is a direct replacement for the original panel. Fitment is straight forward however we recommend the installation to be done by a trained professional.
