PSDesigns BMW & Mini Titanium Wheel Stud Kit

Full Titanium Stud & Nut Kit For The BMW & Mini Platform By PSDesigns. 77mm & 90mm Studs and M14x1.25mm Nuts. Available In Raw Titanium & Black.

If you regularly remove and refit your wheels you’ll know how frustrating the factory wheel bolts can be from lining up the bolt holes, bashing your calipers all whilst trying to balance the weight of the wheel and avoid cross-threading the bolts.

The PSDesign Stud & Nut kit gives a stronger fixing method than using the original wheel bolts. They’re also a much quicker method to swap wheels especially for motorsport and track usage.

This conversion will accept up to a 15mm spacer for 77mm kits and 24mm spacer for 90mm kits. Featuring a 5mm allen socket to fit the stud to the vehicle hub and a 19mm hex nut with a 60deg taper. Perfect for OEM and Aftermarket wheels.

This kit converts the standard M14x1.25mm fitment to the more common M14x1.5mm to allow greater flexibility of wheel nut and quicker wheel changes.

As an optional extra item seen in the pictures we’re also able to offer Titanium Valve Caps in either the Raw finish or in Black.

Options Available:

• 77MM Stud Kit with M14x1.25mm Nuts – Suitable for up to 15mm spacer – Available in Black or Raw Titanium
• 90MM Stud Kit with M14x1.25mm Nuts – Suitable for up to 25mm spacer – Available in Raw Titanium

The M14x1.25mm nuts are all up-scaled to 1.5mm to help prevent any cross-threading

Installation

We’re able to offer full installation of this Stud & Nut Kit into your Mini Cooper. Installation typically takes about 1 hour for all 4 wheels.

Please Note:

• Over time marks will appear on the nuts due from loosening and tightining as you’re taking the wheels on and off the car due to the nature of titanium
• Only use manual tooling for loosening and tightening of the nuts to prevent damage
• It is recommend that you use Loctite Blue 2422 or 243 when installing the studs to help secure them in place
