Mercedes A45 / CLA45 / GLA45 Carbon Fibre Exhaust Tip Covers

Probably one of the longest development parts we have been working on for the A45, CLA45 and GLA45. Now introducing our carbon fibre exhaust tip covers. These covers give a high end hyper-car exotic look giving the exhausts tips either gloss or matte carbon finishes.

The exhaust tip cover sits over your existing exhaust tips and are riveted in place, these therefore will only fit the performance exhaust option with the quad outlets. If your exhaust tips don’t look the same as pictured then we recommend buying a complete replacement set to retrofit which will have the tip covers pre-installed. We do offer these exhaust tips as a complete unit, the physical metal tips are 100% brand new and genuine Mercedes parts.

The tip covers are made up lightweight and strong 100% autoclaved carbon fibre produced giving both supreme strength and superior finish. Once the part has been produced and pulled from the mould, it is checked and tested thoroughly before heading to lacquer. Each part is inspected further and checked for tolerances before being hand and machine polished, followed by being sealed in with a ceramic coat from our partner Race Glaze.

Fitment is straight forward but as always we do recommend a professional garage or bodyshop undertake the procedure. The whole installation is achievable in under an hour.

• 2 x Carbon fibre tip covers in either gloss or matte
• 8 x Rivets (for fitting)
• Genuine Mercedes exhaust tips (if this option is selected)

Please Note:

• These exhaust tips covers are intended as a Motorsport product and therefore carry no warranty.
• The exhaust tips have been produced with the highest quality carbon and manufacturing process available to withstand heat, this said the carbon will naturally patina and age leaving a golden tinge to the finish, this is completely normal and a common occurrence with any carbon tips.
• Being a cover, these tips will also sit slightly closer to the diffuser outlet.
